By placing an order for our custom blouse tailoring service, you agree to the following terms:

• Processing & Stitching Time: Once we receive your measurements and confirm the design via WhatsApp, please allow 7 to 10 working days for our master tailors to complete the stitching.

• Measurement Accuracy: We stitch according to the measurements provided by you in our form. We recommend following our carefully. WoodenTant is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Fabric Quality: We provide premium, authentic Bengal Handloom fabric (Cotton, Khadi, or Jamdani) as per your selection. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of hand-dyed yarns.

• No Returns or Exchanges: Since custom blouses are made specifically to your measurements and design requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these orders.

• Minor Alterations: We leave a small margin inside the blouse for future adjustments. If you require a minor alteration, you may send the blouse back to us (shipping costs to be borne by the customer), and we will adjust it once for free.

• Cancellation: You may cancel or change your design within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the fabric has been cut, no cancellations will be accepted.
